Returns

We accept returns of unused product only. Items that have been installed, modified, cut, drilled, or otherwise used are not eligible for return. All returned merchandise must be in original, resalable condition with packaging intact where applicable.

Important: You must contact us by phone and receive return authorization before shipping any product back. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused. Call 800-532-8215.

Refunds

• Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all approved returns.
• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items approved for credit or refund.
• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect returned goods in acceptable unused condition.

Promotional offers & pricing

Special offers, coupons, and discounts cannot be combined with any other promotion unless we state otherwise in writing. Promotions may not apply to every product and may be subject to product, quantity, or date restrictions.

Advertised prices and discounts do not include applicable shipping charges or sales tax unless explicitly stated. Offers are not valid on previous orders. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify or end promotions at any time.

All prices shown on this website are subject to change without notice. The price charged at checkout is the price that applies to your completed order.

Orders & shipping

Order acceptance is subject to product availability. Shipping times and carriers are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier for outbound shipments. For questions about an order before or after purchase, please contact us.
